For painters on the Gold Coast & in Brisbane
Lead generation and quote booking for painters.
More measure-ups for the jobs you want. Proper proposals, sent the same day. Follow-up that doesn't stop when you get busy.
Book a strategy callWhy leads go cold
Three places painting businesses lose work.
The customer usually gets two or three quotes. The painter who responds first and turns up with a proper proposal has the advantage. That's hard when you're on the tools all day.
- The callback. The enquiry sits for hours while you're on site, and they book someone else to come and have a look.
- The quote. A one-page quote written days later gets compared on price and nothing else.
- The follow-up. Nobody chases it, the customer goes quiet, and the job goes to someone else.
The jobs we go after
Residential repaints worth driving out for.
Campaigns are built around the work that makes a residential painting business profitable. Small touch-up jobs are filtered out before they reach your calendar.
We don't run campaigns for strata, commercial or new-build work.
- Full interior repaints
- Exterior repaints, single and double storey
- Pre-sale refreshes
- Whole-home interior and exterior packages

Channels
Facebook ads or Google ads for painters?
Usually both, doing different jobs.
Catches people already searching for a painter in Brisbane or on the Gold Coast. Higher intent, higher cost per enquiry, limited volume.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
Reaches homeowners planning a repaint who haven't started searching yet. More volume, and it needs good qualification, which is why every Meta enquiry gets a call before it gets a booking.
Marketplaces
Why not hipages?
Marketplaces can fill gaps. But the lead is shared with other painters, many jobs are small, and you still do all the calling, quoting and chasing yourself.
A homeowner planning a $15,000 repaint usually searches, asks around and gets two or three painters out. That's the customer we build campaigns for, and the enquiry is yours alone.
The proposal
Five pages, sent the same day.

Proof period
Start with two weeks. If it doesn't work, walk away.
Once your campaigns are built, the first two weeks of ads are a proof period. You pay for your ad spend and nothing else.
If we haven't booked at least 4 qualified measure-ups into your calendar in those two weeks, you can walk away. No 6-month term, and you keep everything we built. Or, if you'd rather, we keep working without charging the monthly fee until we get there.
If we do hit it, the 6-month term starts from there.
Conditions: ad spend of at least $2,500 a month, a service area within the Gold Coast and Brisbane, and at least 3 measure-up slots available each week. The setup fee covers the build and isn't refundable. Full proof period terms.
Common questions from painters.
How much do painting leads cost on the Gold Coast and Brisbane?
It depends on the suburb, the type of job and the channel. We track cost per booked measure-up and cost per won job, because those are the numbers that tell you whether advertising is actually working.
How fast should you call back a painting lead?
As fast as you can. Customers usually contact more than one painter, and the first to respond has an advantage. We text within 60 seconds and call straight away during business hours.
How many times should you follow up a painting quote?
More than most painters do. Most customers decide within 2–3 days of receiving a proposal, and we keep following up the ones who don't with a set sequence of texts, calls and emails.
Should painters use Facebook ads or Google ads?
Usually both, doing different jobs. Google catches people already searching for a painter. Meta reaches homeowners planning a repaint before they start searching, and needs good qualification.
Is lead generation worth it for painters?
If your average job is $5,000 or more and you have capacity for more work, usually yes. If you mostly do small jobs, the maths is harder, and we'll tell you that on the call.
